The room was beautifully maintained and reasonably spacious, offering central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven for a great stay. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the service was exemplary. the hotel is conveniently located near a canal with views of Lake Ontario and Fort Ontario, just a 5-minute walk from Fort Ontario Park.

All the employees were courteous and pleasant. There were a microwave oven, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The location was stunning and great, to hours to sketchy said marina, the view was excellent, too. Plus, it was short walk to decent restaurants and what the town offers for shopping, of Fort Ontario and the river at the mouth of the lake.

The room at Best Western was clean and comfortable. We had a great view from our small balcony. The pool was lovely and the hot tub was the hottest I've ever experienced. The breakfast smelled amazing, but unfortunately, we had to leave before it was served. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

It would have been better if the staff had enforced the mask policy more strictly. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn about the significant unposted restrictions on pool use.
